Dummy Fuel Tank Battery Isolator Switch - Classic Mini

Our Dummy Fuel Tank Battery Isolator Switch for the Classic Mini gives the illusion of a twin petrol tank setup - however, hidden within the 'filler neck' is a CE certified Battery Isolator Switch. The switch can only be operated with the included HMW Isolator Switch key. This is a great way to add extra security to your Classic Mini, while also gaining the looks of a right hand fuel tank! 
 
Included in the kit is a standard locking petrol cap which provides an additional layer of security. The kit can be purchased without the locking cap if you wish, as the kit is also compatible with the popular 'Monza' style flip caps (not supplied). 
 
The kit comes fully assembled with two flying leads cut to size, and terminals already fitted and ready to connect to the negative battery terminal, and the grounding point on the boot floor. We have taken extra care to make installation as straight forward as possible. Cut the hole, fit the dummy tank in position, and hook up the flying leads. Full fitting instructions are included and video instructions are also avilable here.

To cut the hole for the Dummy Fuel Tank you will need the following tools (not supplied):
Cordless Drill
2.5mm Drill Bit
3.5mm Drill Bit
70mm Hole Saw
Masking Tape
WD40
